The Ultranet team is looking to expand and is seeking a Community Manager to work with our schools in a true value-adding role. As a customer advocate and product champion you will play a key role in leading, inspiring and supporting our community of users.
You will do this by:
· Assisting with the development of the digital communications strategy and in maintaining content across a range of channels
· Creating regular meeting opportunities for customers – both online and f2f
· Encouraging and showcasing great practice – competitions, awards, recognition
· Getting up on stage regularly to share, with passion, what our schools are achieving
· Providing training and assisting with the development of online support resources
· Feeding information (e.g. ideas, best practice) from schools into product design and marketing
This is a senior role in our business and will be challenging, but if you are keen to be part of a team that is passionate about the product that they are creating, then this is it!
